Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all persons on the premises of Villa del Mar
  2. The accommodation fee is payable by the guest on the day of arrival (in advance) – no later than one hour after arrival.
  3. To register as a guest, you must present your identity card or passport and sign the registration form.
  4. Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am
  5. People who are not registered at the accommodation may remain on the premises between 8.00 am and 10.00 pm
  6. Quiet hours are in force from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to continue providing services to anyone who breaches this rule.
  7. Hotel guests are financially liable for any damage to or destruction of the hotel’s furnishings and technical equipment caused by their own fault or that of their visitors.
  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
    In the event of a breach of this rule, guests will be charged the cost of cleaning the room: 500 zł.
  9. Pets are allowed in hotel rooms.
  10. Fire alarms are fitted in every room and in the corridors. Should a fire alarm be triggered, the guest will be charged 1,000 zł.
  11. Rooms are cleaned on request between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please display the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign.
